I am responsible and can work under minimum supervision exercising great care while executing my duties to the expectation of my seniors. I have a Higher Diploma from the Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS). I have also successfully completed a Diploma from IMIS. I have an A+ certificate and I am widely experienced in Technical support and computers. I was at Africa Youth Trust under their Youth Employment Initiative implementing a Computer Skills center at the One Stop Youth Information Resource Center. My responsibilities included Network administration, user/technical support, Server management (Server 2008 R2), web development of two websites www.youthemployment.or.ke and www.africayouthtrust.org, Database development, Management of social media sites and Training the youth on basic computer skills and packages.

In April 2010 I was trained on WiMAX installation and trouble shooting at Zuku Broadband Internet and went on practical successful installations on the field after identifying the most suitable base stations to connect to. At the Postal Corporation of Kenya, I was attached in their Information Technology Department at their Headquarters and I mostly concentrated on their technical support and networking section. After the three months I wrote a comprehensive system analysis report audit of the whole corporation. I have also been attached to the Information Technology Department of Suera Flowers Limited where I designed a library system for them. I have worked at Ngong Training Center as a tutor of the Microsoft Office suite and Visual Basic 6.0 Programming language.
