Responsible for management of IT Hardware, Software, Personnel and Web Development Services package plans to implement and develop infrastructure and managed services solutions for the clients. Solution development: • Develop and implement strategic IT infrastructure plans. • Act as the solution lead to deal with complex and conflicting business needs and reconcile them in a valuable solution. Integrate functional, technical and organizational concepts and objectives into a coherent overall solution. • Interacting with the clients to understand the issues, make recommendations and book the annual maintenance packages to provide complete support. Negotiations: • Support the decision-makers in shaping and closing IT infrastructure deals. • Lead & guide difficult negotiations and ensure results of negotiations support the customer's current & future business requirements. Relationship management: • Partner with executive management to ensure the deal & solution accomplishes the business objectives. • Business Development with Affiliated Information Technology Partners to market Computer Hardware, Software and Services via distribution channels. • Responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding the customer’s needs and developing the execution plan, Recruitment & Management of Team Members. • RFI/RFPs management, preparation of projects (contracts) from start to end, administration of project/assignment, coordinate/fulfill customers’ requirements, follow negotiation guidelines; provide independent judgment & effective communication. • Administer Contracts, Teaming, NDA, and process other Legal Documents. • Streamline Business Process Management in Procurement, Credit Applications, and Execution Strategy in working with several key partners, financial institutions, vendors and federal customers. • Relationship Building with the Clients and Partners to develop new prospect for future requirements. • Organize Trade Shows, setup Booths and attended Corporate Seminars to promote IT solutions.
