The jobs were provided by the court reporters and it is our duty to edit the transcript as it should be based from the audio. General transcription jobs were also part of my duty. Quorum Lanier Philippines, Incorporated 2002-2004 - Senior Supervisor - Operations Department As a Senior Supervisor, my responsibility includes the following: managing 4 junior supervisors and 50 rank-and-file, providing daily project reports/updates to the project managers, providing daily task assignments to the group, providing weekly reports to the Management team. Quorum Lanier Philippines, Incorporated 1994-2002 - Supervisor - Operations Department As a Supervisor for many years, I was assigned in different units within the Operations department. (1994-1996) As an Archive Supervisor responsible in the back-end data processing, securing the data sources, ensuring the quality of the raw data with the use of the different applications available, and supervising 25 people. (1997) As a Validation Supervisor, I was responsible in ensuring the quality of the data based on the project specifications provided by the Clients and by the project managers. (1998-2002) As a Coding supervisor, I was responsible in managing 30 people, ensuring that project specifications are being followed. Monitoring the quality and productivity of each individual and providing feedback. ASEC Philippines 1991-1993 - Data Entry Operator Responsible in entering data from the given sources, verbatim, to the computer database. Also assigned as a verifier, verifying entries by the other operators.
