These are 3D images of projects during their design stage, presented to the owners for approval. These are completed works of residential & commercial establishments in the Philippines. The treatment with the render depends on how realistic the render is preferred to appear as sometimes artistically stylized representation of projects to be built tend to create better responses from owners. Nevertheless the palette is wide, and the possibilities are endless, communication of the desired visual output is the key to a successful undertaking and as an experienced architect, I can put into words and into the screens what most clients want to see.
About Me
I am a practicing Architect that designs all my projects in 3D as I find 2D plans and elevations incapable of fully representing the structures that I want to build. This has allowed me to completely visualize for my clients the experience of their buildings. I have become fluent with textures, lighting, colors and the creation of the interior experience of any project. Add to that the accuracy of standard building components and furniture, design theories and architectural and engineering detailing, crucial to the successful execution of these projects.
