Stu is an attorney and entrepreneur who has created/co-created several national companies including the largest venue-based marketing firm in the country, a logo-wear company and most recently an online legal document portal. He now gives back to the entrepreneurial community by providing low cost legal and business advisory services to start-ups, entrepreneur's and small businesses to help each reach their goals. Stu assists his clients with raising capital, reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements and advises executive management on implementing successful sales and marketing campaigns.
