This has included landscape design, office warehouse buildings and class A office space. I developed web page and marketing materials. American Landmark Fence – Marietta, GA March 2005 to July 2007 I was in charge of sales and marketing for the largest fence company in the southeast. • Increased sales revenue 20% per year • Developed and introduced new product pricing • Improved customer satisfaction such that the company was awarded best fence company in the area 2005 and 2006. This was the first time in the 18 year history of the company that the award was received. • Selected, trained and maintained one of the best sales staff in the history of the company. Baylor University – Waco, TX January 2004 to May 2005 Mr. Eidson taught a spring semester a business class at Baylor University in Waco, Texas as an adjunct professor. The class was a graduate level MBA course in the college of Entrepreneurship of the Hankamer School of Business on “Creating value through growth and harvest”. I used Harvard case studies and personal sales experience in teaching the sales and growth of a company. Desperado Oil – College Station, TX January 2001 to March 2005 Desperado Oil built gasoline convenience stores in south central Texas. In addition to the construction of new stores the company provided fuel distribution service. Mr. Eidson was in charge of fuel distribution sales and the securing of new store construction. In the four years with the company he doubled fuel sales revenue and added six new stores. AVLINK, LP – College Station, TX July 1996 to September 2000 Mr. Eidson had responsibility for the sales and marketing for the new company. Avlink provided a fractional business jet ownership program. An owner who purchased a membership interest had access to their aircraft with a 24-hour notice. Avlink’s unique service offering, which I developed, established the company as the best private jet ownership deal in the country. With Avlink the owners had no maintenance, no management and no unexpected aircraft costs. I grew the company to fifty-five members and eight aircraft in only eighteen months. This was a growth of from zero annual revenue to ten million dollars at the end of the second year. TELINK, Inc. – Bryan, TX September 1988 to March 1993 Telink was one of the first providers of automated collect calling for inmates in the United States. Telink's proprietary equipment and dedication to service established the company as a leader in inmate telephone service. This new start-up company became one of the largest providers of inmate telephone service in the United States under my sales direction. At year end 1992, the company provided service in 15 states with annual revenues of twenty million dollars. National Telephone Services, Inc. – Atlanta, GA July 1985 to December 1987 National Telephone Services, Inc. (NTS), was a new start-up Atlanta-based company that provided alternate operator services (AOS) to hotels, hospitals, universities and pay telephones. Under my sales direction, NTS became a leader in only two (2) years of operation in the AOS industry with operator centers in Atlanta, Orlando and Chicago that serve more than 33 cities. Education Mr. Eidson has a Bachelor of Science degree with honors and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Eidson is a private pilot and has a current medical with single and multiple engine, land, instrument ratings. He has approximately 1500 flight hours, of which, 1000 are multi-engine. He is active in the local aviation community and served on the inter-governmental liaison committee for the planning of aviation in the Brazos valley.
