Responsibilities o Responsible for studying and writing the Design specifications for the board as per customer requirements. Like PRS, HDD, DVT etc o Responsible for doing Schematic entry using Cadence Orcad schematic entry tool and Altium Design Tool. o Selection of Microcontrollers/ Power Section and Memory ICs for the Board from different Vendors. o Doing the Timing analysis and Signal integrity for the High speed Interface on Board. o Doing the Voltage Validation equation analysis for the different Interfaces on Board. o Generating Gerber and reviewing Gerber. o Generation of net list and Bill of material (BOM) for the board and Verification. o Providing PCB Layout guidelines to PCB layout designer during PCB design cycle. o Making the PCB Layout Constraints documents with the help of SI. o Component Placement on embedded board. o Component Procurement o Making the Test plans and Test report for the embedded Boards o Schematics and Decal library creation and Verif
