Duncan P.

Duncan has had over 20 years experience traveling throughout Africa. His knowledge and understanding of the people, the natural history of the area and nuances of this continent are in his blood. Duncan has a particular humorous approach to the challenges of the region and it's philosophies. In contrast to this Duncan also has an in depth scientific knowledge base of the diversity, the conservation issues, fauna and flora (especially birds and birding) and most tourist attractions. Duncan has worked for over 10 years in the non profit field of conservation, worked as a guide and ranger in some of Africa's most remote areas including the Okavango delta. Duncan also has extensive experience in rural community development issues having spearheaded several community tourism projects and works as a consultant on responsible tourism issues.
