I've been working on web projects of various different kinds, sizes, and with a wide array of technologies for around fifteen years now. In my day job I do everything from server admin, to front end development, to database admin, and even backend development in a rainbow of languages. Outside of my day job, I'm a prize-winning game developer, winner of numerous "Game-Jam" 24/48 hour programming competitions. My current focus is React based applications, built in typescript. If you have something I can help you with, get in touch!

During the summer of 2012, I built my own Video Game Server hosting business, providing servers for games such as Mount & Blade and Minecraft. I used my skills to adapt the popular software package TCAdmin and wordpress to create an automated system that would process customer orders and setup their server without any extra human interaction. Eventually I had to let the business go as I could no longer dedicate the time to it that it required due to my university studies.

I was brought in to create a newer, simpler, search tool that would help CCE's engineers locate spare and replacement components for the various machinery across the factory. The result of this was reduced downtime and increased productivity, as staff spent less time figuring out complex interfaces, and more time repairing equipment. This was a great learning experience for myself, as it allowed me to put much of my recent studies into practical application. As an extra task, I also created a short fly-through video of the factory to be presented by the Operations Manager. This was built using the popular 3D package Google Sketchup.
