Single-line washing machine project.
The attachment is one of my completed project that's i design for tray washing machine for industrial used. This machine we call it " single-line hard disc magnet trays washing machine". This machine is design for wash the trays by using pressure water, air, and heat from step by step. The trays has being wash will send to packaging department for inspection the goods, sorting, packaging and send to customer . The capability of this machine can reach 35 nos. goods per minute. and all process is done inside the clean room C100, and C1000.
