He has asked for money first and then he has delivered the file. I have trusted him as I was in hurry and he gave me wrong work. He doesn't even know how to hatch in cad and he has used exploded hatch lines. He's the best freelancer I have ever worked with. We could resolve issues without sweat where there's misunderstanding and confusion. we started with a very small job and budget but with more milestones added we ended doing more than 6 extra milestones. The freelancer was very keen to please and made a quick start on the project and completed within the expected timeline. The designer did not quite capture what i had in mind and the outcome wasn't quite what I wanted but rather than sending back for multiple edits i decided to call it a day, pay up and try another designer.
