Join as a fresher there but within 6 months of duration i get permotion and worked as a Sr. Web Designer cum Developer there for 1 and half year. My journey was not so easy during this phase I have to work sometime for more than 18hrs. But I struggle during that period an polish my knowledge in the supervision of my senior.
