• Managing Avanceon Group accounting function including Pakistan and ME entities • Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. • Regularly produce standalone and group financial statements. • Meet financial accounting objectives.

• Supervising Middle East Accounting Operations • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. • Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash/bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, project accounting and revenue recognition and expenses, etc.).

• Preparation of quarterly and annually accounts • Payable and Receivable management in SAP • Reconciliation of all heads, i.e. vendors, customers and others • Dealing of all matters relating to tax i.e. monthly tax return filing, tax payment • Dealing with annual budgeting and outlook presentation to management. • Solely maintaining and monitoring the accounts of company and reporting to accounting advisor.
