I work as an instructional designer in the education industry. My interests are training, writing and travelling. I find fun in the work i do, and i seek work opportunities that are challenging. My love for creating innovative learning experiences has led me to pursue a career in the education and training industry. I am someone who understands various perspectives and respects differences. Career Summary: I have briefly listed below some of the tasks I have handled: Instructional Design Tasks: Analyses – Conduct different analyses, such as Learners Analysis, existing Training Analysis Design Training – With the objectives and goals of the training in the background, designing a new training for specific purposes while leveraging existing training as far as possible. Develop training – Develop training as per the identified design and approach. Apply suitable principles for developing effective training. Developing course script in an iterative process. Development and review of storyboards. SME Interaction – Interact with subject matter experts and project managers to determine project goals, learning objectives, and performance measurements. Implementation – Conducting pilot programs, Training staff for using new E-learning programs, Overseeing implementation Training – Have experience in training the trainers/facilitators to adopt the new learning intervention. Evaluation – Manage training pilot and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives, validation of course content by SMEs and trainees and incorporation of feedback. Training calendar and plan – Working on training calendars to ensure the training development plan is aligned to the plan. CBT, ILT – Have experience in developing material for Computer Based Training and Instructor Led Training Quality Control – Ensure quality control of instructional design and content accuracy Management Tasks: Identify organization goals – Interact with stakeholders to determine the objectives to be achieved from specific projects. Process management – Review the processes at regular intervals and provide suggestion to optimize them. Reporting – Ensure weekly and monthly reporting to the management is timely and accurate. Identify and manage risks and issues Meeting deadlines under pressure Content Writing Tasks: Developed Trainer’s Manual and Trainee worksheets Developed product brochures and organization brochures with circulation of over 10,000 copies
