Vectorizing logo

If you have a logo in non-vectorized file format like bitmap or raster format and want it to convert to a vector format (.AI, .EPS,CDR,SVG) so that it can be resize without losing resolution? Vector drawing can be zoomed in without any jaggy lines and is suitable for large format printing. I will do the job without using autotrace software, but manually using the software CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator. So you can get the maximum quality vector.
