Managed the entire network and system and remained responsible for ensuring that the data and networks are up 24/7. Develop plan for repair of dysfunctional laptops, desktop computers, photocopiers, printers and review the computer status per field site and recommend replacement in a timely manner as per the required standards. Provide technical experience and expertise to support the systems integration necessary to deliver and support applications that meet the client/business needs.
