Started career as scheduling training in an international airport project. Within 12 years, developed my skills in developing content and managing projects. Certification / Accreditation: MBTI Step I and Step II EIR Report Administrator NLP Practitioner TimeLine Therapy Hypnotherapy NLP Coach. For fun, I join yoga, tai chi, hip-hop and salsa dance classes. I also kickbox and train with my red punching bag hanging in my living room. In between punches, I pick up my camera and go foto-walking. Other than content development (writing training reports, steps to develop training content), I also specialise in identifying core issues or source of problem and developing action plans.
