This Project was about investment appraisal. the management wants to decide which investment will result in greater net present value (NPV). the management also wants to ensures non-financial factor analyse in deciding to invest in a project. The 3 investment opportunities were discussed and the project which result in higher NPV and Internal Rate of Return adopted.
