Project goal They needed someone to revamp their SAP Business One HANA system for their head office and 27 stores globally hence i implemented SAP Business One Hana from scratch using a road-map, project plan & blueprint i designed. After the implementation i played a major support role which ensured that the system was void of dirty data and users that ran into issues had 3 lines of support for quicker resolution to issues. Solution • Understand business process and client needs • Scope and write blue prints • Installation & configuration of SAP Business one HANA • Business Process Modeling • Data Migration using DTW • Ensuring that all integrated retail and online applications e.g. Magento / iVend / OMS e.t.c synchronize data to and fro SAP successfully • Knowledge transfer/end-user training in SAP Business One scenarios • Conduct cutover activities • Manage the entire Support life cycle of SAP Business One solution for H/O & 21 stores
