Hi! My name Frances Ann G. Alfaro, 30 years old from the Philippines. I worked in a call center company for 7 years and currently under upwork for 2 years. Previously, I started working as a customer service representative, email support and backline associate for Macys and Bloomingdales. email and backline support for order entries, customer queries and tracking packages. After 2 years, I was transferred to a non voice where we place online orders, track packages, investigate fraudulent customers and communicates directly with the clients. With these experiences, I've decided to apply as a team leader and got promoted. I've handled different agents and developed discipline, hard work and passion to always deliver an excellent work as an individual or even as a team.
