Las Nubes Residential Complex
“Las Nubes” is a residential for middle class families located in the center of San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador; the project was only developed on a 2D base according to the client’s budget for FAMCO S.A. de C.V. \nThe blue prints of the project were made to achieve construction permission from Salvadorians officials to continue the development of the project; the design of the project consisted on a master plan for the project along with design of different floor plan and façade options for the clients; budgeting and basic construction schedule was prepared as part of the documentation for the project. \nThe design of the residential complex is on a small scale, and has been scheduled to be expanded in the future.

I'm a Salvadorian architect,LEED G.A. currently living and working in Taipei city, Taiwan as an architecture designer. My areas of specialty are architecture design and sustainability.
