YAM was created as commercial software for a client. Its purpose is a group automailer for Yahoo Groups. The features included in this version includes saving a collection of group emails with a title, saving constantly used messages and sending messages. When sending messages, the user can click a saved message and group to auto-fill the sending message form. The user can also specify the hours to send the email to the groups.
