This version of YAM added more features to the already built program and a new look. Instead of only doing Yahoo Groups, we also added Google and MSN groups as well. Some of the new features include: -Calendar -Notes -Prospect Management -Statistics System We also integrated a support system so that customers could get help more quickly when they ran into trouble. The sending intervals on the YAM version 1 was a global setting as to this version the user could set it for each message and manually enter the hours instead of choosing from three options
