this is a simple template that uses a single background image that is fixed and overlying divisions to create a visually attractive look which is still light and snappy to load. in most modern browsers, it is beautiful and appealing, it is I have developed and coded on my own. I am yet to include the necessary JS and supplementary CSS necessary for 100% cross-browser compatibility
