RuneScape item plugin for WordPress

A plugin which takes a short code in the format of [item=#] where # is an ID number of an item in the popular online game RuneScape. It will then add a mouse-over in the front end of the article portraying the item data including images, in-game trade value and a short description of the items use, all with an appropriate background relating to the games color scheme.
