  “By the VERY basic errors committed and our conversation its clear he has lost ALL control of his outsourcing and quality control of work done. The work wasn’t only incomplete and technically flawed, it was EMBARRASSINGLY BAD! After COUNTELESS problems, on his last merge request I told him that the work he delivered was “EMBARRASING even for a 3 year old” and gave a SPECIFIC EXAMPLE of 3 new buttons I asked him to create AND SAID A “TRAINEE WOULD DO BETTER” . He was offended by my comment and asked that I close the job. A few more details: about two weeks into the project (initial schedule was 2 days) he did his 3rd or 4th merge request and AGAIN with only 20-30% of the work done and a large part of what was done was incorrect. I told him that I would not publish his work because it was incomplete and since he had gone more than 500% over schedule we had put other developers on the project to cover the holes he created and now aside from his work being incomplete and having errors there were also conflicts in the merge. He got upset about the conflicts and I explained that these were 100% his fault for having taken more than 5 times the agreed upon time and delivering EMBARASSINGLY bad work. In short I have ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that the work delivered was not done by him but by an VERY INCOMPETENTE outsourced low level programmer. Really frustrating experience, I was so hopping to get so much done with him.”
