I was commissioned to create draw her two grandchildren in the photograph you see in the image. She requested that her grandchildren be in an anime form and be able to capture the children personality. She was very pleased with the result since it was a gift for her son and daughter-in law. The tools I have used are Paint tool sai, Photoshop, and a Wacom tablet.
