I am an M-Tech in Design Engineering with a background in Mechanical engineering. As my concept of mechanical engineering is very deep, so can work skillfully with any complicated mechanism. I can handle different software's skillfully. i have a hands on experience on different cad modeling software (solidworks, creo etc.) along with F.E.A software ( ANSYS, Abaqus etc.).

Investigation on effect of thickness and rolling direction of thin metal foil on FLC in microforming

The research work presents FLDs developed using hemispherical punch test according to ASTM-2218-14 test. Uniaxial, plane, and biaxial strain specimens are used in the test. Experimental setup has been designed and developed for micro deep drawing.
Experimental and numerical investigations on forming limit curves in micro forming

In this work, an experimental test of thin alpha brass sheets of 40 µm and 90 µm with different orientations to rolling directions (0º, 45º, 90º) was performed to determine the forming limit curves. Explicit dynamic numerical analysis with Abaqus platform is used to model micro-forming process and forming limit curves are plotted. Numerical results have been validated with experimental results.
