Automated emailing to mailing list
A firm we did work for needed a system to distribute information to 900 email addresses on a daily basis. This would not normally be a problem, but, because they were originally sending the 900 emails in a single distribution list, they were often flagged as spammers which caused many problems. We resolved their issues by creating an Excel spreadsheet that stored these 900 addresses and would send the same email to each of them separately, rather than as part of a distribution list. This stopped the automatic flagging as spam and the file could be triggered by pressing a single macro button.
