Commercial Building consists of 6-floor plans:2 basements are parking, ground floor and first floor are commercial storages, The second-floor plan has many commercial offices and a third-floor plan is a Suchi restaurant. The site is located in Sweileh surrounded by mixed-use buildings, on the main street. 006’s respect for the Jordanian codes is visual in the height of three floors and roof. The main emphasis in the development of the 006 was on simplicity and compactness. A full glass facade of the floor of the storage has been used to provide high interaction between the user and the storage’s interior which helps to attract people to get inside and have shopping experiences. Aluminum extruded sheets with small openings are used on the second floor which was services. Glazed offices with light louvers were used on the third floor. Terrace at the restaurant floor with dining area contains green plants is designed to add a sense of freshness and airiness of the space.
