There is lot more features available in CMS to ‘Jazz-Up’ a stand-still Bill payment machine into a live and glamorous machine remotely through a centralized management system i.e. CMS.** **KMS: All the Kiosk that are connected through Dial-up continuously communicate to KMS, and gives all the details regarding kiosk like Kiosk is working properly, all the devices connected (cash machine, cheque machine, Credit Card machine works properly or not etc. Apart from that through KMS the admin is able to keep watch on any kiosk and is able to fix the problem (if some occurs) in kiosk remotely. A person has to just pass through some user friendly screens and he or she will get a token number as an acknowledgement, and same will be reflect in the database and also on the screen of the respective  Agent who is supposed to solve the queries of a particular type.  There is also an agent interface for the agent using which agent select a token number and that token number gets displayed on the LCD display along with the counter number of the agent. Now the customer matches that token number with his token number and in match case goes to the respective counter.
