Job purpose: Provide support and advice to management and staff on global mobility issues. Ensuring end to end management of the international assignments according to the legislation and specificity of the host country Key responsibilities: - Responsible of Middle East, Asia and Europe plus worldwide cases. - Coordinating the business needs with the HR ones; - Preparing the international contracts in coordination with third party vendors, such as tax consultants, healthcare providers, immigration lawyers and relocation companies to ensure quality of services, productivity and efficiency; - Providing consultancy to the HR Responsible (HR Director, HRBP, HR Assistant etc.) regarding the international assignments in his/her scope; - Providing consultancy to the Employees-expats and ensure a smooth and great move experience; - Preparing the cost projection of the assignment and triggering the necessary approvals for the budget of the assignment; - Preparing contracts and contract amendments according to the conditions of the assignment; - Preparing repatriations; - Triggering the implementation of the assignment’s conditions – salary, daily allowance, premium, housing, removal and relocation allowance; - Coordinating tasks with the Service Level Agreement plan; - Working with global HR tools such as SAP; Active involvement in the knowledge transfer process; Creating and updating policies, standard operating procedures and detailed working instructions;
