Computer Tech Support
As on site tech support, responsibilities included troubleshooting network connection and printer problems, driver incompatibilities, hardware failures, system lockups, user error, and anything else that interfered with the smooth function of the network. Responsibilities also included virus protection updates, software update installation, hardware installation, including hard drives, NIC, video cards, keyboards, pointing devices, installation of new PCs on the network, setting up the Citrix MetaFrame Client software and general assistance when users had difficulty. The network included PCs running Windows for Workgroups 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 95b, Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows NT 3.51, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home, and Windows XP Pro operating systems. Users had general, as well as specific needs, including all of the Microsoft Office Suite on the network, Page Maker, Printshop, PhotoShoppe, Q & A, Lotus 123, among others on individual PCs which were required to print through the server, and store files on the server. Responsibilities included mapping user PCs to appropriate directories on the server.

Promotions/Public Relations
Operated as Promotions Director for KFRX Radio from 1996 until 1998, then was promoted to Assistant Program Director/Promotions Assistant. Conceived, wrote, and produced promotions for a variety of companies, including Road Runner High Speed Online, Pizza Hut, Coca Cola, Westfield Shoppingtown Gateway, Dr. Pepper, The Outback Steakhouse (promotion was so successful they used it three consecutive years), Southpointe Pavilion, Seven Up, Lincoln JayCees Haunted House, Douglas Theatre Companies for movie sneak previews and others. Conceived and wrote scripts, and rules fo Spring and Fall Ratings Promotions for KFRX including "It's in the Bank", "Free Money", "The Answer is Always C", "Celebrity in a Sack", "Five in a Row For Dough", "Who Wants to be an Italian Millionaire?", "A Warm and Fuzzy Christmas", and others.

Broadcasting/Public Speaking
On the air at KFRX Radio (owned by Three Eagles Communications) in September 1989 as overnight personality. In 1991 promoted to Night Time personality, and in 1994 promoted to Afternoon Drive personality/Creative Services Assistant/Promotions Director/PC Tech Support responsible for writing and producing a wide variety of commercials, interacting with the sales staff, and operating on site for clients who purchased remote broadcasts, as, not only the voice on site, but the setup tech, with the responsibility of setting up FM broadcast equipment and testing said equipment for functionality and clarity prior to the beginning of the broadcast. Have served as MC for Auditorium sized events, voiced fashion shows for KFRX Summer Bridal Show, introduced bands at July Jamm, spoken to High School Music Appreciation Classes, and theatres full of patrons waiting to see a movie. Have served as a music DJ for dance events, including teen dances KFRX held at East Park Plaza for thousands of Lincoln teens. Hosted Successful Afternoon Radio Program on KFRX for 10+ years, and successful request and dedication show on KFRX on Sunday nights for 10+ years.
