I joined Win Telecom as an Account Manager, under Large Customer Management team. I was transferred to Global Customer Management & tasked as a Team Leader for a group of Assistant Account Managers (AAM). My responsibilities include planning & executing sales strategies, maintaining & growing accounts, ensuring ongoing customer support and maximize selling opportunities.

Relationship Management - Resolution of operations/ service delivery escalations, developing and evaluating monthly statistics related to controlling and regulating vendor performance against SLA, and working in partnership with Carriers to resolve chronic service quality issues, making recommendations in network improvements, implementing preventive measures and streamlining of processes between the two organizations.
