Organising a conference, seminar, award presentation or any other special project invariably needs lots of time, energy and creativity to successfully see it through. I have been self employed for almost 20 years specialising in meeting and event management and marketing and communications. Some of my skills include Program development - development of speaker and social programs, award presentations and professional development programs. Preparation and publishing of abstracts and speaker support materials. Marketing - development of newsletters, direct mail campaigns, data base development. Financial Management - preparation of event budgets, financial reports. Administration - handing all correspondence and phone calls for the Association or event. Throughout my employment history I have also worked for Associations in an Executive Officer capacity and also as a Public Relations and Marketing Office roles.
