NAMU TEA CUPS
Inspired by the texture and tactility of naturally eroded wood, several experiments were made to recreate the texture and simulate the aging process. This texture was then cast as a set of porcelain tea cups. Available in as a set of three, when stacked, the grain pattern can be aligned to recreate the original uncut wood sample they were cast from.
