Live Well, Learn Well
The departments of Student Health Services and Counselling Services needed a new student health portal - and they needed it fast! Over two months, my team and I wrote new content, redesigned the user experience to highlight important areas, conducted photo shoots, and programmed interactive tools such as "What's your balance?" We also developed the new name and brand of "Live Well, Learn Well". RESULT: The new portal was launched on schedule in September, just in time for the new school year. The bounce rate decreased to 34% (from 44% a year earlier), indicating that more visitors were staying and exploring the website.
