The report’s final distributable report became a standard for Intel, Dakota and Tel-Nexx. • Administer the Fishbowl Inventory system, streamline its database, removing duplicates/dead artifacts, and adjusting Fishbowl to have full integration with QuickBooks for sales, purchasing, inventory management, and brought Fishbowl’s accuracy from 40% to 96%, and recovered, or removed $5 Million worth of held up cash flow back into the company’s revenue stream. • Creating, and maintaining records of all inventory going in and out of the warehouse, from parts to products, updating and maintaining BOMs, NCMRs, and created a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly report system for future purchases, man hour requirements, and to adjust or improve parts of the workflow that would sacrifice quality and products out on a timely manner. • Maintained between a 96% to 97% accuracy rate while maintaining control of the inventory, and reduced slowdowns by lack of part of product to utilize by over 50%. • Repairing computers that are in and out of warranted, removing viruses through the registry manually, and fortifying the networks from intrusion or viruses from inside and outside of the system minimizing downtimes. • Creating backup protocols for companies and schools without sacrificing bandwidth and downtime during work cycles. Going through school systems detailing school computer infrastructure, establish a repair and purchasing timetable, and cycling of machines through the systems based on necessities.
