The objective of the project is to develop web based application to create and maintain Test Items for CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems). The application has the Role based access. The application has features like Manage Users, Manage Projects, Item Specification, Item Draft, Item Display, Multiple Item versions, Item Assignment, Item Status, Item Statistics and Item Bank. The new application should have rich UI developed with Silverlight.
