I graduated as Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in the University of Mindanao, Davao City Philippines. My strength would be my experiences that brought me to have these achievements from being a technical support representative in Teleperformance for about 10 months in which I've learned on how to understand customers frustrarions and stuff with the services and I already encountered solving technical issues. I was also a customer support representative as a freelancer from Alex Miller Credit Repair for 10 months as well in which I gained some financial knowledge in understanding the credit repair process. I am a part-time freelance as well as a Jr. Software Tester in Detail Inc. in Davao City in which I was exposed to validating some websites which is stored from the database for 6 months. So lastly, I've been a part of Concentrix family as a Content Moderator for 11 months it ended this month because I was having difficulty travelling as they failed to provide us a travel transportation in which I needed the most. We were working remotely before but due to client's demand then we need to report in the office. So, I hope I'll be excited to join or be a part of your company one day and looking forward for another new enviroment and experiences to be added in my timeline.
