Sole developer for the entire lifecycle of the project to be delivered using Adobe Captivate.\n\nWorking with subject matter experts and existing material to create learning objectives and design a look and feel to fit with company branding.\n\nThe course content included some knowledge transfer and also a system walk through, the aim was to allow the user a safe space to practice the real world tasks that they would need for their job. this included how to operate the software and also how to deal with incoming enquiries from clients and colleagues.\n\nThe entire development process took 8 weeks from start to finish.
