My name is Jessi Forte, an all-around E-Commerce Manager who specializes in Shopify Operations.
I have almost 10 years of accumulated working experience, with the first 5 years being in the BPO industry with US-based international companies such as Comcast, JP Morgan Chase, and Google as a Customer Service Representative, a Technical Support Staff, and a Communications Trainer.
