Build a database of 1000 initial contacts. Ideal prospect is a small or medium sized company currently accepting job applications via email. Task is to scour job boards like craigslist, as well as private company sites for job postings that request that applications send a resume/cover letter to an email address like jobs@company.com. Collect the company name, email addresses and if available, phone numbers in a spreadsheet.
