Healthcare platform for Dutch medical sector
Case Description The previous version of the platform had no onboarding process for new users. After registering, that is entering their email and password, the user was asked to upload their medical license. The next step was to wait for an approval email and fill in all the profile information before they could start using the platform and link with their workmates and the institutions they work for. The whole process was time-consuming because the proof of identity and filled in information are checked manually in two separate steps by MdLinking workers.
