CLIENT SATISFACTION is my highest priority as a full time freelancer. Obviously if a client has to be satisfied, TAT, Quality, Accuracy etc are few of the most important elements which need to be taken care of. I'm a Bachelor of Information Technology with 5 years of corporate experience in technical support for laptops and desktops. I have been a freelance Admin Support Assistant since the last few years ('been using another platform). I apply for projects that I enjoy working on. I believe that this directly reflects on the quality and productivity of the project.
