In this application you can vote a pair of random (pair are chosen using probability + random pairing) twitter user under a topic (such as cricketer, politicians so on). Here I also implement ELO rating system for ranking user. It is restricted by login system (only for specific admin and user). Admin can create user and download result as CSV . Technology Used: Twitter API, Codeigniter, PHP, Mysql, ELO Rating Algorithm, Probability
