I hold a Bachelors degree in English language/literature. I also have a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) and a Masters in Education. The qualifications have been awarded through various Australian universities. Over the last 20 years I have created and delivered English language courses in Australian, UK and Chinese universities. I have also created and taught business cross cultural awareness and other self development courses for organisations such as Samsung (S. Korea) in conjunction with HBS. I have also written numerous journal articles and have been editing for 15 years.
