Over the last 5 years, I have been practicing and improving my skills both oral and written. My experiences in a BPO industry or a contact center elevates my competency in customer care and catering customers both local and international regardless of different customer background. My experience in Data Entry since 2005 improved my typing skills and will help me do good in accomplishing data entry jobs. I have the ability to type (75-80 wpm) with (95-100% Accuracy). Working on this kind of way will give me more time to myself thus making me more focus and be more excited and passionate about my work. Since I am in a place where I am very comfortable at, this will ensure my clients and employers that I do my job at my best, to product quality work in less time and dedicate my full time and effort to my client.
