I am a Dental Virtual Assistant/Claim Assistant with experience in Open Dental, Eagle Soft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend. My duties as a VA are to submit and check the status of all pre-estimate and claims, organize and track approved pre-determinations, verify patient’s eligibility and benefits through phone and insurance portals, check payment status, submit daily and weekly reports, provider credentialing, aged claims, etc. My previous roles were Dental and Vision Trainer, Dental Subject Matter Expert, and Customer Service Representative.
