Tool holder to drill an engine part

The following system has been designed to hold and drill the gray part in the picture. The system could only use a pneumatic input and had to be time effective for mass production.
About Me
I'm a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree on industrial systems, graduated from the INSA (National Institute of Applied Sciences) of Strasbourg. My main areas are mechanical design, industrial systems, 2D and 3D design (such as AutoCad, Solidworks, Pro Engineer/Creo Parametric...) but also setting up the manufacturing process for mass production. Finally, I also have a background on coding simple softwares with Java, MySQL and Microsoft Access.
